DUO-CHROME BALI LOOSE PIGMENT
Duo chrome shimmering, mix with a blue and gold chameleon pigment full of sparkles.

 Bali is from our beautiful collection of Duo-chrome loose eyeshadows that change their appearance depending on the lighting.
 

HOW TO APPLY:

A beautiful hybrid pigment between an iridescent chameleon and a pastel shimmer. This eyeshadow is best applied over a primer or mixing medium. 
Used on eyelids, lips, cheekbones.
