HOW TO APPLY:
Apply on top of the eyelid using the applicator or using a fingertip.
Our Liquid Multi-chromes provide vivid long lasting color. The multi-chrome goes on liquid & dries down to a transfer proof finish. Apply thin coats. Allow the coats to fully dry before adding additional layers if more pigment is desired.
